At Voices into Africa / Red Jacket Speakers Bureau, our team is committed to creating the right relationships that will advance leadership on the African continent. Our focus is on ongoing education that will give our speakers the global spotlight that they deserve.
Our founder, and the captain of this ship, Bruce Wade, was recently inducted into the Southern African Educators Hall of Fame. This is a highly coveted prestigious award that reflects outstanding success in the field of professional training, consulting, coaching or other closely related fields and reflects extraordinary acknowledgement, respect and admiration of the members of the PSASA, and by default of their respective industries as a whole.
Induction into the SAEHoF is a lifetime award for excellence and professionalism and is neither based on celebrity status nor number of engagements, or a minimum level of fee earnings. This award acknowledges presenters who, as educators, have continued to reach diverse groups with deep content through diverse methodology over many years in a training, facilitation, consulting, coaching or one-on-one format and inductees are evaluated by their peers through a rigorous and demanding process.
The award ceremony took place when the Professional Speaker Association of Southern Africa gathered in Johannesburg last month for the highly anticipated PSASA Convention 2024.
The heart of the Convention resonated with the core values of the PSASA: Confidence, Competence, Courage, Community, Collaboration, and Celebration – principles that Bruce has had a hand in constructing and shaping over the years.
Bruce Wade, former Association President, is a master strategist. His 7 Principles of Sustainable Innovation have transformed businesses worldwide. As a founder of Voices into Africa and head of the Centre Stage Academy, Bruce equips speakers across the continent.
We are proud to work with him, and constantly inspired by his leadership.
